Is this a psychological diagnosis or assessment?

No. The report is not a medical, clinical, or psychological diagnosis. It is designed as a developmental tool to support self-awareness, learning, communication, and growth.

How are the workshops delivered?

Workshops are interactive and activity-based. Depending on the age group, sessions may include:

  • group challenges

  • discussion activities

  • roleplay

  • reflection exercises

  • presentations

  • STEAM-based problem solving

  • teamwork activities

What does the personality report show?

The report highlights a student’s natural strengths, communication style, learning preferences, motivation patterns, and behavioural tendencies in a practical and age-appropriate format.

How long is each workshop?

Typical formats include:

  • 60-minute sessions

  • 90-minute workshops

  • half-day programmes

  • multi-session series

Custom formats can also be designed for schools and organisations.

What age groups are supported?

Current programmes are designed for:

  • 6–12 years old

  • 13+ years old

Workshop difficulty and delivery style are adjusted based on age group.

How many students can participate at once?

Recommended group sizes: 20–35 students per facilitator for standard workshops. Larger cohorts are possible for assembly-style talks, but smaller groups are recommended for deeper interactive sessions.

Can workshops be customised for specific school needs?

Yes. Workshops can be adapted for: primary schools, secondary schools, enrichment centres, youth organisations, community programmes, ITE and pathway-based programmes

Do students need to complete the personality profile beforehand?

No. The personality profile is integrated directly into the workshop experience through interactive and gamified activities.

Depending on the programme format, students may complete parts of the personality discovery process individually, in teams, or through guided workshop activities before receiving their personalised insights.​

Are these workshops based on a personality test?
