By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable payment terms.
Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

For Premium Pro (consultation), rescheduling may be allowed subject to reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials in the Service, including:

are owned by LevelUp or licensed to us.
You may use the Service for personal use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability

LevelUp is not responsible for any decisions made based on the results of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You acknowledge that personality outputs are interpretive tools, not definitive statements about identity or ability.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
